PROMENT Gala Conference: Transforming Experience into the Future
If a project is to be завершed, it should be done this way: meaningfully, professionally, and with a clear vision for the future. This is exactly how we summarized the results of the three-year Erasmus+ PROMENT project during the gala conference, held on January 26–30, 2026, by the team of Dnipro University of Technology in cooperation with colleagues from Lviv Polytechnic National University. On the eve of the event, a Steering Committee meeting took place. It was not a formal reporting session, but a strategic working dialogue focused on aligning the final steps to ensure the sustainability of results and discussing joint plans for the post-project period. The final conference was held in a hybrid format: partners from Ukraine, Georgia, and Poland met in Lviv, while the rest of the consortium members and interested participants joined online. This format significantly expanded the scope of dialogue.. We not only presented the outcomes of three years of work but also ensured their prompt dissemination within the professional community, making the exchange of experience as practical and effective as possible.
👥It was especially valuable that this event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, and the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. This was not a story of formal reporting, but of real change. In a series of presentations, participating universities showcased the results of the pilot phase: from building mentoring systems in universities of Ukraine and Georgia to successful implementation cases — ranging from tutoring for first-year students to startup mentoring and programmes related to the Green Deal.
🙌🏻 During the panel discussions, we explored how digital technologies simplify mentoring and how business and the civic sector can become full-fledged participants in this process, ensuring that education responds effectively to real-world challenges. It was an open and honest dialogue about the journey from idea to implementation: about what already works well and what still requires improvement. We thank everyone who has been part of this large team over the past three years. This is not a farewell — it is the foundation for new achievements. Ahead lies the continuation of cooperation that will further transform education in Ukraine and beyond 🇺🇦🤝🇪🇺
